Buying your own Rope Track (Sample provided in box)

The aluminum track used to fix Airofloats to your boat, is called Rope Track, Sail Track or Annex Track.

Capral Aluminum part No E002298MF605650 comes in a 6.5m length. It is used in many industries, Caravan, Sailing and Sign Writing.

It is best to get it from metal supplies, we pay about $13 a 6m length, but we buy 35 lengths at a time.

This is a good length for 3m Airofloats as we make the rails 100mm longer than the floats, so you have some flexibility on the position. Most other manufactures make 6m lengths, which is fine for 2m and 2.5m floats.

It is important to smooth off the leading edge of the rail so that sharp edges don’t cut the float. (See sample)
